Optimal Creatin results with Vitargo, a one-of-a-kind macromolecular carbohydrate from Sweden
Creatine, like never before, is a best-seller among sports supplements. Its capacity to propel muscle mass and power, as well as to improve performance and regeneration, have earned Creatine a leading position at the very top of the sports supplement market. One of the most hotly debated points about Creatine use is how to effectively load this substance into muscle cells. The majority of Creatine products implement either Dextrose (grape sugar) or Maltodextrin in order to stimulate production of the hormone insulin, which is responsible for transport of Creatine to the muscles. This method, however, is not ideal because Dextrose and Maltodextrin both possess a comparatively high osmolality, which means they pass through the stomach, absorbing fluid along the way, and thereby causing stomach problems.
Another drawback of both Dextrose and Maltodextrin is that neither one advances the transport of Creatine from the stomach into the bloodstream. Actually, Dextrose and Maltodextrin arrive into the bloodstream faster than Creatine, and this means that insulin production has already been activated while the bulk of the Creatine is still making its way through the gastro-intestinal tract.
By the time Creatine finally arrives into the blood, the distibution of insulin has already for the most part returned to normal. A significant amount of Creatine therefore remains unused, since it doesn’t arrive to the muscles due to a lack of sufficient insulin. In scientific studies, Dextrose as well as Maltodextrine are always administered 30 minutes after the ingestion of Creatine, the reason being that Creatine and Dextrose taken together don’t arrive into the bloodstream at the same time.
This imbalance in the reabsorbtion rates between Creatine, and the insulin-stimulating carbohydrates Dextrose and Maltodextrine which are so important to Creatine transport, can now finally be bypassed with the use of a combination of Creatine and Vitargo.
Vitargo is a truly unique macromolecular carbohydrate from Sweden that stimulates insulin production as effectively as Dextrose, but contains no monosaccharides. The crucial feature, however, is that Vitargo passes through the stomach up to 80% faster than either Dextrose or Maltodextrine, and thereby functions as a pump. Because of its extremely low osmolality, Vitargo sucks Creatine and fluids out of the stomach and into the intestine and then pumps them directly into the bloodstream. Consequently, Creatine and Vitargo arrive together into the bloodstream, where the levels of Creatine and insulin are thereby maintained in sync. The simultaneous presence of equal amounts of Creatine and insulin results in a maximum transport of Creatine to the muscles. Since in addition Vitargo is reabsorbed by muscle cells up to 70% more effectively than traditional carbohydrates (Dextrose, Maltodextrine, Fructose, etc.) CreaVitargo loads not only Creatine into the muscles more effectively, but also Glycogen.
The combination of Creatine Monohydrate and Vitargo represents a milestone in Creatine research and sets a whole new standard for Creatine products.Scientific sources:1. Volek, JS, Duncan, ND, et al. Med. Sci Sports Exerc. 312:1147-1156,1999

Recommended Use:Day 1 to 7: Drink two portions daily. Take one portion in the mornings directly on waking, and a second portion just after training. On training-free days, the second portion should be taken in the afternoons in between mealtimes.
Day 8 and after: One portion daily is sufficient. Drink CreaVitargo on training days directly after workout. On training-free days CreaVitargo can be taken in the mornings on waking, or else during the day in between mealtimes.
Important tips for preparation:1) Mix one portion (= 3 level measuring spoons) into 600 mL of water.
2) Stir or shake for a full minute.
3) Drink slowly, stirring every so often.
4) Consume CreaVitargo portions in their entirety within 10 minutes of preparation, otherwise, through prolonged exposure to fluid, the Creatine contents will degenerate into the undesirable substance Creatinine.
