PRO-H/D-PROTEIN (PRO-HARDCORE DESIGNER PROTEIN) is an active ingredient formulated according to scientific principles that adds a whole new dimension to the idea of what a protein compound can do. Unlike conventional protein powders, which generally deliver only simple protein and calories, D-PROTEIN contains a biochemical matrix that results in extreme cell volumization and the optimum conditions for an inflow of protein to muscle cells.

Taurine is another amino acid that is found in muscle cells in large quantities. Recommended Use
A single portion of 60 g (= 5 level measuring spoons) should be shaken or mixed into 300 ml. of milk, water, or fruit juice. If milk is used, skimmed milk with a fat content of less than 0,3 % is recommended. High fat content can hinder the distribution of insulin, resulting in less creatine and glutamine being retained in muscle cells. For this reason, avoid taking D-PROTEIN along with high-fat foods. To ensure optimal effects, D-PROTEIN should be taken daily without interruption. On workout days, drinking a single portion is recommended about 30 minutes after training. To this end, mix D-PROTEIN with fruit juice (grape, orange, or apple, etc.). This helps to replenish the body’s stores of Glycogen and speeds up the body’s regeneration time. By doing this, the creatine and glutamine storage capacity inside the muscle cells will be at a maximum after training. The first seven days of consumption constitute a loading-up phase. During this time, consume three single portions of 60 grams over equal intervals during the day. After the eighth day, a daily intake of one or two single
portions of 60 grams is sufficient. Thereafter, take two single portions of 60 grams each on training days, and a single portion of 60 grams on days in which you do not train.
