This is especially true of the carbohydrate content. To facilitate in the mixing process, certain of our ingredients require carrier substances. We use

Recommended Use

Each single portion of 30 g (= 2 level measuring spoons) should be mixed into 300 ml of fluid (fat-free milk, water, or fruit juice). Can be drunk equally well at mealtimes, in between mealtimes, or in the evenings just before sleep. Up to four single portions can be taken daily, as needed.
