Returned items must be unworn & in brand new condition including but not limited to clothing tag, hat manufacturer sticker, and hat form insert if applicable.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.

 

After MBV Shop has received the returned item, we will gladly exchange it for another MBV Shop item or issue a store credit for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. 

 

All returned items must be received by MBV Shop within 7 calendar days from shipper confirmation of delivery of product to customer.
